1.Management

    Our management team covers the full range of project optimization, cost quotation, mold-design, mold-construction and production of plastic parts, as well as second operation, assembly, manufacturing, sourcing, packing and shipping. We are available for full-time consultation regarding every aspect of our customer's concerns and needs, as well as continually monitor the status of their projects. Communication is constantly available through secured e-mail, phone, wechat and FTP upload. There is a product manager for every project, which follows every detail and handles from very beginning to end of a successful product available in the market.   

2.Engineering

    Our Engineers have many years of technical experience in injection mold design and the mould manufacturing process.  Utilizing the latest CAD/CAM software programs to design, refine, modify or even eliminate a component in your product, we can decrease the number of assembly operations by creating a more functional part.  These are just a few of the many ways our engineers and designers achieve this goal.

3.Tooling/molding 

    The equipment in our modern tool-room consists of the latest version Master Cam programmed CNC milling, turning, grinding and EDM sinking and wire cut.  

Our molding department is equipped with 10 machines, from 80 to 250 tons, and can produce your most difficult parts in virtually any material, including:

and some special materials such as PEEK and Ultem.

4.Manufacturing / Assembly & secondary

    Besides tooling and molding, many of our customers require secondary operations. Eusiwa operates a very flexible service on providing pad printing, solvent bonding, sonic welding, machining, assembling, kitting and packaging, whether a small quantity or a volume order. All molds manufactured by Eusiwa and used in-house are free of any maintenance costs.

5.Quality control

    At Eusiwa, the quality process starts at the very beginning of each project. Once the CAD data is received we do a design study and examine if its suitable for mold making.  We then give our comments or proposals for a possible better solution. At Eusiwa, we fully test all moulds in-house and trials are measured by our QC group together with inspection reports.  All clients can be assured of tight quality control that guarantees an excellent product.  Our Main QC procedure:

6.Multiplex development 

    Following the global economic and multi cultural development, we had transformed our specialized company to a multi-development company with 2 more production lines in year of 2012.  They are acrylic and LED production lines. We have all machines relative to acrylic, like cutting machine, laser machine, diamond polishing machine, flame polishing machine and so on. We now also include other commercial products, such as LED light, light fixture and variety acrylic products. We have successfully manufactured high-quality lighting, light fixtures and related accessories for different purpose of customers. Including aquarium, biological, agricultural, residential and industrial.  We are able to design and make custom lighting for your special application. Our advantage of combination LED with acrylic in one product will help you realize your new idea of innovation.

    In fact, we started out as independent sourcing agents and our people have the expertise and familiarity to source any product you need while ensuring highest quality and reasonable price.
